We had a fantastic experience with Luke. He was able to come out the very same day I called, which immediately put me at ease during a stressful situation. He was kind, professional, and incredibly patient - especially with my very inquisitive mom, who had a lot of questions!

Luke quickly identified the issue with our refrigerator and came fully prepared with all the necessary tools. I didn't expect him to actually work on the fridge same-day; I figured he would have to come back some other time after diagnosing the problem! He worked efficiently and didn’t stop until the problem was completely resolved.

We purchased our stove three years ago, and recently the igniter stopped working. Since we bought it from Home Depot, they referred us to one of their Preferred Appliance Service Companies.
That’s how we were connected with Luke from LMX Appliance & Repair—and we couldn’t be more grateful!
Luke and I spoke early Monday afternoon and scheduled a same-day appointment. He arrived at our home around 6:30 p.m. and had the oven fully repaired by 8:00 p.m.
Luke was upfront during the verbal diagnostic, explaining he was 95% certain of the issue and providing an estimated cost. He clearly pointed out the problem, fixed it, and delivered an invoice that matched the original quote exactly.

I highly recommend Luke of LMX; he repairs what others try to fix. We have an 18 yr old KitchenAid Built in that wasn't freezing. I bought parts which I hoped would fix it; but didn't. I called Luke and he actually talked to me about what I had done to try and fix it. He said based on the age, it was probably the Freon. He quoted me a price to recharge; showed up on time, talked to me as he did the recharge and it worked. Saved me $14k for a new frig. Didn't bump up the price to add the Freon, the adapter, using gauges etc. like others do. This guy knows what he's doing. VERY reasonable price for the work. Was happy to add a tip for the service.

This worked out really great for me in that texting kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on and when to expect Luke to come to install my dishwasher. He was very polite knew exactly what he was doing and fixed a couple other things under my sink that needed to be replaced. Highly recommend him!

First time using LMX. 5/5 stars. Water leaking from underneath my refrigerator. Luke was very professional, timely and communicated very well throughout the entire process. Luckily for me, his schedule allowed for same day service and by the afternoon he was working on the fridge and finished it in less time than estimated. I also asked if he can replace the water line to the fridge and he had a hose in his van and promptly changed that as well. Fair and competitive pricing. If you are searching for a great appliance repair referral, this is it! Will definitely use again!

Luke was referred to me by Home Depot (in the morning), because they couldn’t install my new microwave. Luke arrived later that day and did a beautiful job that’s strong and sturdy…that microwave is going nowhere! He also had a small shop vac that he used constantly, keeping our house free of dust and debris. We recommend LMX Appliance Repair (and installation!) highly!!
